Chippewa Township is proud to offer our annual Co-Ed Summer Knothole Baseball Program for the summer of 2026! This year we are focusing on the fun and enjoyment of baseball. In this NON-COMPETITIVE summer baseball program, kids will learn the basics, play some games, get their energy out, and have some friendly competition. This program is a fun learning experience for kids ages 4-8 years old, and geared toward those with little to no experience. Kids who have played baseball in previous years are more than welcome to join us, understanding the focus is on learning and fun!

The 2026 program will be offered as a drop off camp with counselors and coaches fully trained to work with the kids. Parents are welcome to stay, but we will have a daily check in and check out of all kids participating.

9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Campers are required to bring their own refillable water bottle, additional water will be available for refills. Snacks will be provided as well.

All players will receive hats & shirts and we will wrap up the season with an end of the year party! Players must have their own glove and are welcome to bring their own bat and helmet if they have it. The township will have bats & helmets on hand for use.

Registration is $50 for the first kid and $30 for each additional kid in the same family. Payment can be made online or via cash or check to the municipal building at:

Because Knothole will be run similar to our summer camp programs, we will only cancel Knothole Baseball camp if there are severe storms. In the event of rain, if we can't be on the fields, we will do basic instruction and games and crafts under the pavilion at the baseball complex. If we have to cancel due to weather, we will do our best to notify parents and guardians in an adequate amount of time.
