Rental Fees must be paid in full within one week of confirmation of selected date in order to hold your reservation. If you can not furnish your rental payment within one week of the reservation confirmation, your date will be released and open to the public for new rental requests. Rental fees can be paid by cash or check in the Municipal Building or using a credit card via your RecDesk Account.

Renters are required to furnish a $100 security deposit in addition to the rental fee. The $100 security deposit must be paid before use of the fieldhouse. The security deposit must be paid with a check or cash, you will need to remit payment for $100 to the municipal building when you pick up your keys for your rental, the week of. If it determined the fieldhouse was left clean and in good condition, the security deposit will be returned to the renter or shredded, upon the renters request. It is the responsibility of the renter to pick up the security deposit at the Township Municipal Building after a seven day waiting period. If paid by check, the renter may instruct the township to shred the uncashed $100 check.
